🛍️ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear! But if something isn’t quite right, no worries — returns are simple.

💫  UAE Standard Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return the items within 14 days from the date you receive your package. Just make sure:

• Items are unworn

• Free of any stains or smells

• Have all original tags and labels attached
  (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)

To start a return, simply email us via contact@saintayun.com with your order information. 

🌍 International Returns

We totally understand — sometimes things just don’t work out, even from afar! If you're placing a return from outside the UAE, here's how to do it smoothly:

• Returns should be arranged by you using your own preferred courier.

• Please make sure to ship the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Once you've booked your return, kindly send us an email at contact@saintayun.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • And the reason for your return

💌 One important note:
Be sure to print a copy of your AWB (Air Waybill) and write your order number clearly on it. Then pop it inside your return package before shipping it off.

🛍️ Sale Item Returns (UAE & International)

Items bought during a sale or promotion can also be returned, but they’ll be refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months — perfect for when you spot your next favorite piece!
